16 week doctor appointment

Evelyn had her 16 week/4 month doctor appointment today.  She was a champ even though she had to get 3 shots.  She is weighing in at 14 pounds 9 ounces and measures 23 and 1/4 inches.  That puts her about 50th percentile for height and about 85th percentile for her weight.  She had gone up from just over 9 pounds at her 2 month appointment!  The doctor said that judging by the amount of liquids she is eating per day we should start her on some cereal.  Unfortunately, when we tried it for lunch, Evelyn sincerely disagreed!  We will try again another time but today's feeding was definitely NOT a success.
